Visit from Randolph Matthews - Composer

This week we had a visit from Randolph Matthews- jazz vocalist, songwriter, composer, producer and beatbox extraordinaire! The children were enthralled from the very first moment and their laughter could be heard throughout the school. Randolph delighted the pupils with his beatboxing and singing, encouraging children to join in and take part. All the pupils from Reception to year 6 enjoyed an assembly and a workshop in which they sang, clapped, rapped and even tried beat-boxing.
