Outdoor Day in Year 6

We have spent some time outside creating beautiful poems.  Our outdoor day with Mrs Gilman enabled us to move around our lovely grounds to look at autumn and collect specimens.  The children then made journals using seed heads, grasses, hips and oak apple galls.  The journals have then provided the children with inspiration for their autumnal poems.
