I am a parent governor within the school governing body and have one child in Kings Hill School at present. My career background is in Health and Safety and Management System Quality Auditing. This allows me to apply my skills of risk management and management system review to the role of school governor in various areas. Currently I am focussed on Health and Safety, SEN and Equality within the school.

Hello everyone, I am the Local Authority Governor at Kings Hill School and I have worked for KCC since 2009 and was outsourced to Cantium Business Solutions in 2018. I am employed as a Senior HR Consultant, providing professional HR advice and support to Schools and Academies across Kent. At Kings Hill school I am the Safeguarding Governor and also sit on the Finance and Resource committee and the Teaching and Learning Monitoring pair. I am also a trained Mental Health First Aider (Adults) and Well Being Champion.

I am a co-opted governor, having been a governor for 16 years. I have been Chair of Governors and Chair of the Finance committee. I now sit on the Finance & Resources committee and have responsibility as the Training & Development governor.My two children both attended KHS many years ago and I have worked at the school for 11 years as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant and assistant to the SENCo.In previous lives I worked in the city for the Bank of England and Royal Bank of Canada and then as owner /manager of a local nursery school, as well as working as a assessor for the Montessori Accreditation Board. -

Hasham Khan
Dr Hasham Khan was elected as a parent governor in 2019. He sits on the Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Pupil Premium (PP) committee. Prior to the election on the Schools Governing Body Hasham was a member of Kings Hill School Friends. He has two daughters at the school.
Hasham is a former clinician, currently working as an advisory consultant specialising in healthcare strategy and commissioning. He is an avid reader with a keen interest in military history, Islamic history and anthropology. Outside of work he is an equally enthusiastic amateur sportsman where he has enjoyed remarkable success in local and county wide championships over the years while representing his local teams in cricket and tennis.

I am a co-opted Governor and am responsible for Special Educational Needs and Pupil Premium. I currently work at a London University, training primary school teachers and have worked in Primary and Secondary schools in Kent, Medway and London for over 20 years as a teacher and a leader as well as an Educational Advisor. I have three children who all attend Kings Hill School.
